Sallie Mae Loans says that I am late on a payment... and yet my checking account says that I paid... so some guy in India told me I have to mail them my bank statement to prove I made these payments... I truly hate every last one of the Sallie Mae staff!

I have my cell phone on auto pay ... and 2 different months last year the auto-pay just didn't go through ... and no one at cingular can tell me why ...
