Across the Universe

Last night I watched the movie Across the Universe. It was really very fantastic! If you haven't heard of it, it is a musical entirely of Beatles music. Aside from having great music sung by great vocalists for the most part, it was visually stunning. Directed by Julie Taymor, it has it's moments of strangeness, but it really captures the spirit of the 60's and the spirit of the Beatles. I just really enjoyed it, and have been singing along with the sountrack ever since.
